Springfit

Due to demand, Springfit is pleased to announce we have started an extra trampoline class running on Thursday evenings from 6:45 to 7:45pm.  There are currently still places available, so come and try it out!

We have also started a boys gymnastics class, running from 6:30 to 7:30pm.  The class can cater for all ages and abilities, and focuses on boys activities.  Running all throughout the year, classes are £4.40 for an hour.

Additional adults gymnastics and trampoline classes are also scheduled to start from March at the sports centre.
